1. Booking and Payment The booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or deposit, according to your policy). Payments are non-refundable (or according to your cancellation policy).

2. Cancellation and Refund Cancellation conditions: refund up to 14 days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no-show, no refund is provided.

3. Duration of stay Arrival and departure dates must be respected. No duration limit. Accommodation available from 2 PM and must be vacated by 11 AM at the latest.

4. Use of the accommodation The accommodation is reserved solely for temporary residential use. The tenant agrees to comply with the house rules. Visitors must be declared and cannot stay without authorization.

5. Tenant Responsibilities The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the property and its furnishings. In case of damage, the cost of repairs will be charged.

6. Respect for Neighbors The tenant agrees not to disturb the peace of the neighborhood. Parties and noisy gatherings are prohibited without prior authorization.

7. Pets Pets are allowed.

8. Departure The accommodation must be returned clean and in good condition. In case of non-compliance, additional fees may apply.

9. Force Majeure In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the parties (e.g., natural disasters, health restrictions), cancellation and refund conditions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

10. Personal Data Personal information collected during the booking is used solely for the management of the stay and is protected in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR).
