📋 House Rules Welcome to our home! To ensure you have the best stay possible, please take note of these few simple rules:

1. Respect for the Property Please take care of the apartment and furniture as if it were your own. In case of damage, please notify us promptly.

2. Occupancy Limit The maximum number of occupants is strictly limited to 2 people. Undeclared visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.

3. Smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. You may smoke outside, and please respect the surroundings.

4. Noise & Neighbors Please respect the neighbors' peace, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties and events are not permitted.

5. Safety Please make sure to close doors and windows when leaving the apartment. Do not leave valuables visible from the outside

.6. Waste & Cleanliness Please sort your waste according to the posted instructions. The apartment must be returned in a clean and tidy state.

7. Check-in & Check-out Arrival from 2:00 PM Departure before 11:00 AM Please respect these times to allow for the preparation of the accommodation.
